Principal Asset Services have invested in the training and external auditing of our specialised COVID-19 Cleaning Team to ensure that we are able to provide a validated biohazard cleaning service.
While we recognize that all sites are not the same, our specialised COVID-19 Cleaning Team have been trained to methodically go through each of the below steps as part of the required and effective COVID-19 outbreak cleaning service:
CLEANING & DECONTAMINATING
1. SiteRisk Assessmen
2. Pre-disinfect all areas: aerosol sanitising
3. Sanitation and disinfection forensic clean
4. Final Disinfection: aerosol sanitising all surfaces.
5. Report and sign off each area post cleaning
6. Report Sanitisation and disinfection process.
6. Independent Post Clean Assessment:
VALIDUS Post-Bio Test (ATP testing)*. validusau.com
*Optional and additional Post Clean Assessment can be carried out by an independent auditing company Validus who use advanced ATP Sanitising Monitoring Systems.
We are available to carry out onsite inspections while adhering to the mandatory distancing regulations during or after hours business hours.
